Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted using Vercel. When you access the website, technical connection data may be processed automatically, including IP address, date and time of access, requested URL, referrer, browser type, operating system, and other data required to ensure stability and security.

This processing is carried out on the basis of our legitimate interest in providing a secure and reliable website under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

Server log data is retained only as long as necessary for technical operation, security, and troubleshooting.

Contact form

When you use the contact form, we process the data you provide, including name, email address, optional company, preferred contact language, topic, optional budget range, and message content.

We process this data in order to respond to your enquiry, evaluate a possible business relationship, and communicate with you about the requested services. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR if the enquiry is related to a contract or pre-contractual measures, and otherwise Article 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in handling business enquiries.

We store enquiry data only for as long as necessary to process the request, continue related business communication, or comply with legal retention obligations.

Email delivery and third-party services

Contact form submissions are processed through the website backend. If email delivery is enabled, messages may be forwarded using the email service Resend. In that case, the submitted contact data is processed only for delivery and communication purposes.

This website currently loads web fonts from Google Fonts. As a result, connection data such as your IP address may be transmitted to Google when the page is loaded. If the font setup changes later, this section should be updated accordingly.

This website may also use Vercel Web Analytics to measure page views, referrers, countries, and important site interactions in a privacy-friendly way. According to the provider documentation, Vercel Web Analytics is designed to work without third-party cookies and with aggregated usage information so that we can better understand site performance and user flows.

To reduce unnecessary data processing, URL query parameters are removed before analytics events are sent, and API endpoints are excluded from analytics collection in the current setup.

Apart from the services required for hosting, fonts, optional email delivery, and optional Vercel Web Analytics, no additional analytics or advertising trackers are intentionally included in the current setup.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, rectification of inaccurate data, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing where the legal requirements are met.

If processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a competent data protection supervisory authority if you believe that the processing of your personal data violates applicable data protection law.
