FAQ

Useful answers before we start.

A straightforward overview of scope, communication, delivery, and support.

01

Do you only work with clients in Germany?

No. Aspoot is based in Germany and understands the local market, but projects can be delivered remotely for businesses elsewhere.

02

Can the entire project be handled remotely?

Yes. Discovery, planning, design reviews, development feedback, launch, and support can all happen remotely.

03

Can you build the site in English and Russian?

Yes. Both languages can be planned from the start with maintainable translation files and localized SEO metadata.

04

How much does a website cost?

The price depends on pages, content, languages, integrations, and custom functionality. After a short discovery call, you receive a clear scope and quote.

05

How long does a project take?

Timing depends on scope, feedback, content, and integrations. The agreed schedule and key milestones are documented in the proposal before work begins.

06

Who provides the copy and images?

Before the project, we clarify what already exists, what Aspoot can structure, and which copy or media you will provide. Responsibilities and deadlines stay visible from the start.

07

Can you keep my existing domain and content?

In many cases, yes. Existing content, domains, redirects, and technical access are reviewed. Useful material is retained and outdated parts are replaced deliberately.

08

Who owns the website and source code?

Usage rights, source-code access, third-party licences, and delivered files are stated explicitly in the proposal so there is no ambiguity later.

09

How are hosting and ongoing costs handled?

Hosting and external services are recommended according to the project, privacy needs, and maintenance plan. Access, responsibilities, and ongoing costs are made clear before delivery begins.

10

Do you account for data protection?

Forms, external services, cookies, and data flows are implemented with data minimisation in mind. Legal text and business-specific legal requirements must be reviewed and approved by the business or a qualified adviser.

11

Do you offer fixed-price projects?

Yes, when the scope is clearly defined. Projects with evolving requirements can begin with a focused discovery phase.

12

How are payments and scope changes handled?

Payment stages and included work are documented in the proposal. New requests are assessed for effort, timing, and cost, then implemented only after your approval.

13

Can you maintain the website after launch?

Yes. Support can include technical updates, content changes, monitoring, refinements, and new features.
