From enquiry to proposal
A contact request, website check or initial conversation does not commit you to a project. Before a paid project is agreed, an individual proposal sets out the services, total price including applicable taxes and additional costs or the method of calculating the price, payment terms and schedule. Ongoing support proposals also cover duration and termination terms.
Withdrawal from distance contracts
Consumers who conclude a distance contract generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Before the contract is concluded, the instructions applicable to your contract, the start of the period, the procedure and the model withdrawal form are provided in a form you can retain, such as email. Different legal conditions can apply to services and digital content.
Sending an enquiry or acknowledging the privacy notice does not waive a right of withdrawal. Starting paid work before a withdrawal period expires requires a separate arrangement meeting the applicable legal conditions.
